The KwaZulu Natal Farming Enterprise the public entity of the KZNDARD and a sole Shareholder in the Enterprise. The Executive Council’s Resolution item 6.2, 10 April 2024, as well as other pertinent laws and directives, determine the company’s mandate, powers, and capacity of KZN Farming Enterprise SOC. Agricultural industrialization, agri-hubs, commercial mechanization, the acquisition of state-owned model farms, and other agro-processing facilities is the entity’s main areas of interest.
